Juicy meatballs simmered in a sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy cranberry orange BBQ sauce. A festive favorite for parties or easy dinners.
32 oz cooked meatballs (homemade or frozen)
1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup orange juice (fresh preferred)
Zest of 1 orange
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
Chopped parsley or green onions (for garnish)
In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, BBQ sauce, orange juice, zest, chili flakes, and vinegar. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
Add cooked meatballs and stir to coat. Simmer 15–20 minutes until heated through and glazed.
Serve warm with garnish.
Keep warm in a slow cooker for serving. Use turkey or plant-based meatballs as needed.
