Spicy, creamy Buffalo chicken wraps made with hot sauce-coated chicken, crunchy veggies, and cool ranch or blue cheese — all rolled up in a soft tortilla for an easy, satisfying meal.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (grilled, shredded, or breaded)

  • 1/4 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 24 large flour tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots or red onion (optional)

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)

  • 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

  • Optional: shredded cheddar or blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  • Melt butter and mix with hot sauce and garlic powder.

  • Toss warm chicken in Buffalo sauce until coated.

  • Warm tortillas and layer lettuce, chicken, veggies, and dressing.

  • Roll tightly into wraps. Optional: toast on skillet for 2 minutes per side.

  • Slice and serve with extra dressing.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for ease. For a crispy version, use breaded tenders. Wrap in parchment for grab-and-go meals.
