Spicy, creamy Buffalo chicken wraps made with hot sauce-coated chicken, crunchy veggies, and cool ranch or blue cheese — all rolled up in a soft tortilla for an easy, satisfying meal.
2 cups cooked chicken (grilled, shredded, or breaded)
1/4 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2–4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup shredded carrots or red onion (optional)
1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)
1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
Optional: shredded cheddar or blue cheese crumbles
Melt butter and mix with hot sauce and garlic powder.
Toss warm chicken in Buffalo sauce until coated.
Warm tortillas and layer lettuce, chicken, veggies, and dressing.
Roll tightly into wraps. Optional: toast on skillet for 2 minutes per side.
Slice and serve with extra dressing.
