Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wraps are a quick, flavor-packed meal featuring tender chicken coated in Buffalo sauce, crisp lettuce, creamy dressing, and crunchy celery, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.
2–3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
½ cup hot sauce (e.g., Frank’s RedHot)
¼ cup unsalted butter
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
1 carrot, julienned (optional)
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese (or shredded cheddar)
¼ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in hot sauce and mix until smooth.
Pour sauce over shredded chicken and toss to coat.
Warm tortillas briefly in a skillet or microwave.
Layer lettuce, chicken, celery, carrots, cheese, and dressing on each tortilla.
Fold in the sides and roll up tightly from the bottom.
Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap for later.
