Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wraps are a quick, flavor-packed meal featuring tender chicken coated in Buffalo sauce, crisp lettuce, creamy dressing, and crunchy celery, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.

  • 23 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

  • ½ cup hot sauce (e.g., Frank’s RedHot)

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce

  • 1 celery stalk, thinly sliced

  • 1 carrot, julienned (optional)

  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese (or shredded cheddar)

  • ¼ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in hot sauce and mix until smooth.

  • Pour sauce over shredded chicken and toss to coat.

  • Warm tortillas briefly in a skillet or microwave.

  • Layer lettuce, chicken, celery, carrots, cheese, and dressing on each tortilla.

  • Fold in the sides and roll up tightly from the bottom.
