  • 23 tbsp no-sugar-added marinara or pizza sauce

  • ¼ cup part-skim mozzarella cheese

  • Assorted veggies: mushrooms, spinach, bell peppers, onions, etc.

  • ½ cup lean protein: grilled chicken, turkey pepperoni, or ground turkey

  • Optional: garlic powder, red pepper flakes, fresh basil

Instructions
