2 large flour tortillas or wraps (10-inch)
6 oz sliced deli turkey breast
1 ripe avocado, sliced or mashed
4 strips cooked bacon
4 slices tomato
2 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese
1 cup romaine or mixed greens
2 tbsp mayonnaise or preferred spread
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: red onion, mustard, hummus
Warm tortillas for 10–15 seconds to make pliable.
Spread mayo (or mashed avocado) down the center of each wrap.
Layer cheese, turkey, avocado, tomatoes, and greens.
Fold in sides, roll tightly, and slice in half.
Serve immediately or wrap and refrigerate for later.
For make-ahead, omit tomatoes and add right before eating.
