Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1 cup uncooked white rice

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced

  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce

  • 12 tsp sriracha

  • 1 tbsp lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook rice per package instructions. Set aside.

  2. In a skillet, heat oil and cook garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add turkey, season, and cook until browned.

  3. Mix Bang Bang sauce ingredients in a bowl and chill.

  4. Prep vegetables: slice cucumber, shred carrots, and chop scallions.

  5. Assemble bowls: rice, turkey, vegetables, sauce. Garnish with herbs or sesame seeds.
