Juicy Thai-style chicken meatballs baked until golden and served with a sweet chili dipping sauce. Packed with herbs, garlic, and lime — perfect for dinner or appetizers.
1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
2 green onions, finely sliced
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
Zest of 1 lime
2 tbsp chopped cilantro or Thai basil
Optional: 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
For Dipping Sauce:
1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp rice vinegar
Optional: minced garlic or ginger
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line or grease a baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix all meatball ingredients until just combined.
Form into 1.5-inch balls and place on the sheet.
Bake 16–20 minutes until cooked through. Broil for extra browning if desired.
Mix dipping sauce ingredients and adjust to taste.
Serve meatballs warm with sauce.
