Crispy Melt-In Chicken is tender, juicy chicken marinated in garlic and yogurt, coated in a crispy, cheesy crust, then baked or pan-fried until golden and delicious.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
¾ cup panko or regular breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp paprika (for coating)
Olive oil or melted butter (for cooking)
Mix yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for 15–30 min.
Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
Coat chicken in breadcrumb mix.
Bake at 425°F for 20–25 min or pan-fry in oil 4–5 min per side until golden and cooked through.
Rest 5 min. Serve hot.
For extra crunch, use panko. Marinate longer for deeper flavor. Air fryer works great for fast, crispy results.
