Crispy Melt-In Chicken is tender, juicy chicken marinated in garlic and yogurt, coated in a crispy, cheesy crust, then baked or pan-fried until golden and delicious.

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
¾ cup panko or regular breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp paprika (for coating)
Olive oil or melted butter (for cooking)

Instructions

  • Mix yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for 15–30 min.

  • Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.

  • Coat chicken in breadcrumb mix.

  • Bake at 425°F for 20–25 min or pan-fry in oil 4–5 min per side until golden and cooked through.

  • Rest 5 min. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra crunch, use panko. Marinate longer for deeper flavor. Air fryer works great for fast, crispy results.
