Buttery, fluffy garlic rolls filled with melted cheese and brushed with garlic-parsley butter—perfect for pasta night, holidays, or snacking.
2¼ tsp instant yeast
1 tbsp sugar
¾ cup warm milk
2½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter
1 cup shredded mozzarella
¼ cup grated Parmesan
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp butter (for garlic butter)
1 tbsp chopped parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
Combine yeast, sugar, and warm milk. Let sit 5 minutes.
Add melted butter, flour, and salt. Knead until soft and smooth. Let rise 1 hour.
Make garlic butter: melt butter and stir in garlic and parsley.
Punch down dough. Divide into 12 pieces. Flatten each and fill with mozzarella. Seal and roll into balls.
Arrange in a greased dish. Let rise 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F.
Brush with garlic butter, sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
Brush with more garlic butter while warm.
