Buttery, fluffy garlic rolls filled with melted cheese and brushed with garlic-parsley butter—perfect for pasta night, holidays, or snacking.

Ingredients

  • 2¼ tsp instant yeast

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • ¾ cup warm milk

  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 tbsp butter (for garlic butter)

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (or 1 tsp dried)

Instructions

  1. Combine yeast, sugar, and warm milk. Let sit 5 minutes.

  2. Add melted butter, flour, and salt. Knead until soft and smooth. Let rise 1 hour.

  3. Make garlic butter: melt butter and stir in garlic and parsley.

  4. Punch down dough. Divide into 12 pieces. Flatten each and fill with mozzarella. Seal and roll into balls.

  5. Arrange in a greased dish. Let rise 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  6. Brush with garlic butter, sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden.

  7. Brush with more garlic butter while warm.
