1 lb sirloin steak tips, cut into bite-size pieces
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
12 oz rigatoni pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, to taste
Reserved pasta water, as needed
Chopped parsley, optional
Cook rigatoni in salted water until al dente; reserve 1 cup pasta water and drain.
Toss steak tips with Cajun seasoning and olive oil.
Sear steak tips in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side; remove and set aside.
Lower heat, add butter and garlic, and cook briefly.
Stir in cream and simmer gently; add Parmesan and stir until smooth.
Toss rigatoni in the sauce, thinning with pasta water if needed.
Return steak tips to the skillet and mix until combined.
Add vegetables or adjust spice levels to preference. Reheat gently with extra cream if needed.
