Thinly sliced potatoes tossed in oil and seasoning, then air-fried until crispy and golden. An easy, healthy side or snack ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes

  • 1½ tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Optional: smoked paprika, rosemary, Parmesan

Instructions

  • Wash and slice potatoes into ⅛–¼ inch rounds. Soak in cold water for 15–30 minutes.

  • Drain and dry thoroughly.

  • Toss with oil and seasonings.

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

  • Add slices in a single layer. Air fry 14–18 minutes, flipping halfway.

  • Serve hot with herbs, cheese, or dipping sauces

Notes

  • Soaking and drying improves crispiness.

  • Adjust cook time based on slice thickness.

  • Sweet potatoes can be used with slight modifications.
