Thinly sliced potatoes tossed in oil and seasoning, then air-fried until crispy and golden. An easy, healthy side or snack ready in 15 minutes.
2 medium Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes
1½ tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
Optional: smoked paprika, rosemary, Parmesan
Wash and slice potatoes into ⅛–¼ inch rounds. Soak in cold water for 15–30 minutes.
Drain and dry thoroughly.
Toss with oil and seasonings.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
Add slices in a single layer. Air fry 14–18 minutes, flipping halfway.
Serve hot with herbs, cheese, or dipping sauces
Soaking and drying improves crispiness.
Adjust cook time based on slice thickness.
Sweet potatoes can be used with slight modifications.
