A fast, flavorful one-pan skillet meal with crispy pan-fried gnocchi, sautéed broccoli, garlic, and Parmesan. Ready in just 30 minutes.
16 oz package gnocchi (shelf-stable or refrigerated)
2–3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
3 cups broccoli florets (fresh)
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup water or broth
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt and black pepper to taste
Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add gnocchi and sauté for 8–9 minutes until golden. Transfer to a plate.
Add butter and garlic to the pan. Sauté for 30 seconds.
Add broccoli, season, and add ¼ cup water. Cover and steam 2–3 minutes.
Uncover and cook 2 more minutes. Return gnocchi to the pan.
Stir in Parmesan and lemon juice. Add a splash of broth if needed to loosen the sauce.
Serve warm with extra Parmesan and herbs if desired.
Add cooked chicken or beans for protein.
