1 scoop (25g) chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking powder
Sweetener of choice (stevia, erythritol)
2–3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Mix dry ingredients in a mug: protein powder, cocoa, baking powder, sweetener.
Stir in almond milk and vanilla until smooth.
Microwave on high for 30–40 seconds until just set.
